We guarantee that we adhere to federal, state and local laws relating to the employment of our personnel.  We pay our employees by check and make all required payroll deductions.  We also prepare, file and keep all necessary employment records.  Our employees are covered by our comprehensive general liability, fidelity bond, unemployment and worker's compensation insurance.  Certificates of Insurance are available upon request. 


A-1 STAFFING is an Equal Opportunity Employer with every applicant being screened through a detailed I-9 and Everify process.  We conduct pre-employment drug screens on all applicants before they are placed on an assignment.  We also carefully screen all applicants by means of background checks and employment verifications.  All applicants have to attend a safety orientation and pass the safety testing.  Our applicant process insures that all candidates are qualified, safety minded, honest, and drug free before they ever set foot on client premises.

We unconditionally guarantee our field staff employee's performance.  Should you be dissatisfied with any of our employees and wish them replaced within the first four (4) hours, we will not bill you for the unsatisfactory employee.  We do, however, require that you are responsible for a four (4) hour minimum billing on all satisfactory employees each day that they work.

We guarantee our Full-Time Placements for 45 calendar days to insure a good match to your desired sill set.  When a candidate is hired by your company but terminates within 45 days for any other reason than the elimination of the position or through no fault of the company, we will endeavor to provide up to three qualified replacement candidates one time only at no additional fee to the company.  Full-Time Placements payment terms are due upon receipt, and the invoice must be paid in full within 10 days of the start date to validate this guarantee.  All fees are non-refundable.
