Quality Assurance Guarantee

We unconditionally guarantee our field staff employees' performance. Should you be dissatisfied with any of our employees and wish them replaced within the first four (4) hours, we will not bill you for the unsatisfactory employee. We do, however, require that you are responsible for a four (4) hour minimum billing on all satisfactory employees each day that they work.

Compliance Guarantee

We guarantee that we adhere to federal, state and local laws relating to the employment of our personnel. We pay our workers by check and make all required payroll deductions. We also prepare, file and keep all necessary employment records. Our employees are covered by our comprehensive general liability, fidelity bond, and unemployment and worker's compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

We guarantee our Full-Time Placements for 45 calendar days to insure a good match to your desired skill set. When a candidate is hired by your company but terminates within 45 days for any reason other than the elimination of the position or through no fault of the company, we will endeavor to provide up to three qualified replacement candidate(s) one time only at no additional fee to the company. Full-Time Placements payment terms are due upon receipt, and the invoice must be paid in full within 10 days of start date to validate this guarantee. All fees are non-refundable.
